The products we sell directly have either a 10 day customer satisfaction guarantee from the date of receipt, or manufacturers warranty. Products and services sold through our partners provide their own guarantee/warranty.
ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST HAVE A PRE-APPROVE RMA NUMBER.
We are able to apply additional savings on higher value and higher volume orders on products we sell directly (these items have an “Item Number” listed below the picture of the product).
Shipping charges are determined by weight of the entire order only.
